Each Anomaly Resurgence Mega Capsule includes unlocked versions of the following Time Capsules, all updated so their gear scales to modern item levels:
These previously limited-time capsules are account-bound and give access to rare collections, styles, and rewards, with gear scaling up to Item Level 428 (Normal) and 429 (Enhanced).

In addition to the unlocked Time Capsules, opening the Anomaly Resurgence Mega Capsule grants a choice of three rewards, with one option always featuring a new reward and the other two pulled from prior resurgences.

Entropic Shroud Materials in assorted colors: White, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Pink, Purple, and Red.
Classic Powerset Chroma Materials
Originally introduced in Resurgence Mega Capsule V (2019), these chromas return for players looking to complete or revisit iconic looks, including:
Mearcian Flame Cape Styles
First seen in Resurgence Mega Capsule VIII (2021), these dramatic capes return in multiple color variants, such as Black, Gold, Tech, Purple, Red, and White.
The Anomaly Resurgence Mega Capsule can be obtained in several ways:
• Dropped in-game from defeated enemies or node interactions.
○ Opened with 7 Stabilizers
• Purchased directly from the Marketplace for 700 Daybreak Cash (PC) or Marketplace Cash (PS, Xbox, Switch).
• Purchasable with Loyalty Points via the Loyalty Vendor.
Please note that there is no difference in the contents between the dropped version and the Marketplace version, giving you flexibility in how you choose to acquire them.
