Increased Rare Drops This Halloween!

Everyone likes treats on Halloween, even Heroes and Villains busy saving the world. That's why this Halloween, we're cranking the Bad Luck Limiter down to TWO so those rare drop treats are appropriately plentiful for the holiday.

What's that mean? In modern content (where both the Loot Selection Window and Bad Luck Limiter are implemented), if you are not offered a rare drop on either of the first two bosses, you will be on the third. Phrased differently, since modern content has three bosses, you will get a rare drop in each piece of content you fully complete.

US: The event begins at 4:00AM PT on October 31, 2015, and ends at 4:00AM PT on November 1, 2015.
EU: The event begins at 8:00PM PT on October 30, 2015, and ends at 8:00PM PT on October 31, 2015.

Note: The Loot Selection Window and Bad Luck Limiter are implemented in 8-player content in Episodes 14-17, and in Episode 16's 4-player content.
