Extra Life is back! The DC Universe Online and Dimensional Ink team are gearing up for another year of fun, camaraderie, and giving back! Extra Life unites gamers around the world to raise funds for local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Since 2008, it has raised tens of millions of dollars to help sick and injured children receive the care they need. Our team will once again support our local Austin hospital, Dell Children's Ascension, helping ensure children have the resources they need regardless of circumstance.
The Angelic Drone Returns!
November 15th - December 1st, the beloved Angelic Drone combat pet is making its return to the House of Legends pet vendor, but only for a limited time! Heroes and Villains can once again add this radiant companion to their arsenal. You can purchase all three tier versions of the Angelic Drone during this special Extra Life event window.
Extra Life Celebration Rewards
Before we even unlock our first donation tier, we’re starting Extra Life 2025 off with a little light and a lot of heart. On November 11th, all players who log in will receive three special returning gifts:

This year, every donation level unlocked will include a new title designed by our very own DCUO players and a new in-game reward. Donation level unlock tiers will be announced during our Official Extra Life Stream.
Level One: In-Game Title "the Altruist" + Charitable Sparkle Chroma Set
Level Two: In-Game Title "Radiant Rescuer" + Reactive Streamer Headset
Level Three: In-Game Title "Doctor" + Caduceus Staff Style
Level Four: In-Game Title "Symbol of Tomorrow" + Caduceus Back Style
Level Five: In-Game Title "the Hope Bringer" + Throw Down Emote
On Duty Final Boss Rewards
November 15th - 16th, previous Extra Life rewards can also drop from On Duty final bosses via the Extra Life 2025 Reward Cache. Heroes and Villains alike will be able to choose from 18 fan-favorite rewards, all fully tradable:
Purple Energy Vortex
This year, Creator League Member, Eve is spreading some extra excitement! She’ll be handing out 50 codes for the brand new Purple Energy Vortex Aura. You can donate to be one of the 50 players to receive this aura by clicking HERE.
Players can also unlock this stunning aura by reaching Level 2 of the Team Member milestone. Don’t miss your chance to grab this eye-catching addition to your collection!
Who Can Join?
Everyone can join the Dimensional Ink Extra Life team, donate if you’re able, or simply help spread the word. Every action counts, whether it’s a donation, rallying your friends, or sharing our cause online. In Extra Life, everyone wins when we come together to help children in need.
Team Member Milestones
Join the Dimensional Ink Extra Life 2025 team and reach one of the personal milestones below for an extra special reward! The great thing about these milestones is that even if you cannot donate yourself, getting others to donate to you will still earn you cool rewards.
