Fixed a bug preventing Villains from receiving the Absolute Gotham Time Capsule collection Rewards.

Whiplash Payload

Doubled the damage of the explosive to bring the ability's overall damage more in line with what is expected from other Iconic Abilities

Daily and Weekly Dose Missions

• Added Omnipotence reagents choice reward to Daily Dose Missions
• Added Omnipotence catalyst choice reward to Weekly Dose Missions
• Weekly Dose mission terminal added to House of Legends Foyer

Fearful Day

• Instances added to the Omnibus On Duty playlists
• Mogo Berries can now be converted to Source Marks by Catwoman in House of Legends
