The Witching Hour returns, and once again the streets of Gotham City and The Midnight Masquerade Nightclub are consumed by chaos. Portals open, spirits roam free, and only the bravest heroes and villains dare to face the madness. Players can earn Spooky Bites by completing Witching Hour missions, taking part in the haunting festivities each day to unlock progress and limited-time rewards. The event runs from October 7, 2025, through November 3, 2025, with the buyout option available until December 1, 2025.

Introducing a brand-new iconic ability: Scarecrow’s Fear Bomb. This ability focuses on crowd control, stunning and detaunting enemies while releasing lingering gas clouds that continue to deal damage over time. Perfect for Might loadouts and solo players looking to control large groups of adds, it also brings a unique twist as the first iconic ability to create a lingering damage area effect.

Mission Guide

• Visit the NEW Seasonal Hub in Gotham City to begin your journey. Speak with Phantom Stranger (Heroes) or Tala (Villains) at the hub or in the House of Legends to start.
  Daily Mission: The Witching Hour
• Turn in your daily missions to Phantom Stranger (Heroes) or Tala (Villains).
  Map overlays now highlight prime areas where encounters spawn, making it easier to hunt down trouble.
  Seasonal encounters spawn more often in highlighted areas across Gotham.
  Weekly Mission: Bats in the Belfry
• Take part in the multiplayer aerial movement challenge around Arkham Island, transformed into a vampire bat.
  Daily On Duty Mission: Alert | Midnight Masquerade
• Return to the haunted nightclub for a chilling run.

Seasonal Updates

• The map now lights up with prime encounter zones, making it easier than ever to track down spooky trouble across Gotham!
• Seasonal encounters appear more frequently in these highlighted areas, so you’ll always find action waiting.
• The Midnight Masquerade Alert now rewards even more treats! Spooky Bites increased from 6 to 8.
• Bats in the Belfry has been upgraded from a daily to a weekly mission, with rewards boosted from 4 to 10 Spooky Bites.
