The Joker's Legacy Time Capsule can be unlocked with Stabilizers or purchased directly in the Marketplace. Stabilizers can be earned in-game through Daily Rewards or purchased in the Marketplace.

Show off your not-quite-right side with this new gear suit inspired by The Joker's Daughter, Duela Dent!
Remember, you will receive a random standard or enhanced gear piece as a choice in your loot selection window for each Time Capsule you open. When consumed, the gear will become level-appropriate to your character.
Two-Faced Clown Styles, Wild Hairstyle, Doll Skin
Complete three collections that will challenge your sanity if you really want to go full clown. Unlock the Wild hairstyle (above), Joker's Wild Card Accessory, and the Doll Skin set (above). Their collection items will appear as a choice in the loot selection window for each Time Capsule.
